Graduation Theme

No caps and gowns for this image.  I decided I would use Chase from Yumi & Fumi - that smug expression fits perfectly for a new graduate.  Stickers are from SRM and Adornit.

This is the first bookmark of this style that I have made.  Let me say that I love this, it's the perfect way to keep your place.  But you do have to remember, if you make one, that they need to be flat so the book will close.   This stamp is by Yumi & Fumi Handmade, Fumi and messenger bag and I'm entering into their Challenge #16, Anything but a Card!

I love this image from Sassy Cheryl, and I'm entering it into her Show Me Thursday challenge.  Trying to stay true to my 8 year old son's advise I didn't use many embellishments "boys cards should be plain".  But I do like the flower, it's the perfect green.

Whew...

What a week this has been super busy with end of the year school board things. I've very happy it's over and today I got in some coloring time.  I love this Cheshire Bean stamp from TGF and created a silly little tag with it.

This stamp just reached out and grabbed me.  I image it is because of the cute little dog Anya is walking, don't you?  Anyway, I decided to use some very different colors for me (tans and greens) and I'm happy with the way it all turned out.

Just Saying....

THANK YOU!

Last Friday I was invited to join a group of friends who take a yearly 'girls' weekend.  What a HOOT!  I had the best time.  I cannot remember when I laughed that hard or ate that much...  This is the card I made to thank the hostess for such a wonderful time.

The stamp is from Art Impressions and I think it pretty much sums up most of what we did, plus it just may look like a few of us as well!!  Colored with Copics.
